Brittany Mahomes Shares Photo of New Hairstyle: ‘With Every Kid the Hair Gets Shorter’

Brittany Mahomes is embracing a shorter hairstyle ahead of baby number three!

On Thursday, July 18, the Kansas City Current co-owner — who is expecting her third baby with husband Patrick Mahomes – unveiled her new, shorter locks on her Instagram Stories.

“With every kid the hair gets shorter,” she wrote alongside a laughing face emoji. “Oops.”

Brittany smiled as she showed off her fresh cut, which she styled into a side part that allowed her straight, blonde locks to fall just past her shoulders. She paired her new hairstyle with a simple maroon-colored top and white bottoms.

While the cut isn’t a dramatic one length-wise, it’s still a big change for the retired soccer player, who tends to favor long styles with lots of waves or curls.

On July 12, Brittany and Patrick revealed their daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 18 months, will have a little sibling joining their brood soon.

In the joint Instagram Reel, the soon-to-be family of five matched in white outfits as they laughed and danced around holding sonograms.

“Round three, here we come 🤍,” the caption read as the video played alongside Bruno Mars’ single “Count on Me.”

“Congrats 🥹😍🤍,” Jena Frumes wrote under the post, while Savannah Chrisley commented, “BEST MAMA EVER!! Congrats beauty! ❤️.”

Brittany then shared another Instagram post that featured a series of professional photos of herself, her Kansas City quarterback husband and their children.

“Family of 5 coming soon🥹 blessings on blessings🙏🏻🤍,” her caption read.

Meanwhile, on July 18, Brittany updated fans with a clip of Bronze sneakily eating a snack on her Instagram Stories.

“What’s in your mouth,” Brittany asked the tot as he munched away while covering his mouth. “What [did] daddy give you?” she added with a laugh.

She then shared a collage of photos of Bronze and Sterling enjoying a pool day.

“My babies,” Brittany wrote while tagging Patrick’s Instagram handle with a watery eye emoji and white love heart.
