Her absent ring sparked more speculation about the status of her marriage, but a source tells PEOPLE exclusively that rumors of a breakup are completely unfounded. The insider claims that Jen often goes without her wedding ring, adding that she has never really worn it consistently and it’s not something that bothers her husband.

To bolster the fact that the reality couple is still going strong, the source tells PEOPLE they’re currently filming the second season of the hit Hulu series at their home.

The show’s explosive first series concluded with Jen struggling with the idea of relocating as Zac pursued medical school. In September, PEOPLE confirmed the couple sold their home in Orem, Utah, furthering more questions about how her move would affect her place on the series. However, a source exclusively revealed that Jen was indeed back in Utah around the same time the show’s renewal was announced.

The end of season 1 also saw Jen call costar Jessi Ngatikaura with some bombshell news about her future plans with Zac.
