Re: Crypto bro goes bananas; Entrepreneur who bought fruit art for $6.2M takes a bite, Nov. 30

I don’t get it. Some bozo thinks it’s totally acceptable to pay $6.2 million for “art” consisting of a real banana partially covered with a piece of duct tape.

Imagine what else you could do with $6.2 million that would actually do some good to help the less fortunate. Even if I were a zillionaire, I would rather put that money to good use. The possibilities are endless.

Remember the “meat dress”? Yuck.

GUIDED BY ONE PRINCIPLE

Pundits love to point to Justin Trudeau and his double standards. Do they realize what he is? He is a politician to his core with no moral compass. Everything he does is guided by one principle: what will get him the most votes. Look no further than the Middle East conflict. When playing both sides becomes untenable, he will choose the side that has the most votes.

SCORCHED EARTH POLICY

Justin Trudeau’s only concern or goal is not to secure any border or stop any drugs. He will leave this once-great nation in ashes for Pierre Poilievre to rebuild. His disdain for Canadians and Canada is obvious.

I haven’t flown a Canadian flag or sung the national anthem since 2015. The Decade of Darkness has to be defeated.

SAVING CANDA POST MONEY

I understand that Canada Post is a Crown corporation owned by the federal government, and having said that, the employees get good pensions, good salaries and good health benefits.

A few months ago, the Sun had an article saying Canada Post would be in a bad financial situation in a few years.

The service is poor by the employees, so to save money, here are a few suggestions: Why not put mail boxes in all areas, then deliver only on Mondays and Fridays?

This strike, just before Christmas, will only hurt companies that rely on getting paid on time.
