ALL TALK, NO ACTION

I believe this country would be run better by the Keystone Kops. Statistics show our border has been porous for a long time, allowing many through who should not be here.
Now that it looks like we’ll be getting an influx from the United States, we have Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly saying “we need to have tough conversations.” That’s all we get from this government. All talk, no action.
Joly must have taken lessons from Trudeau. No wonder most Canadians don’t believe any of the Liberal cabinet ministers are qualified to lead.

APPALLING FARE HIKE FOR SENIORS
I am appalled that the monthly bus pass fare for seniors is increasing by 120 per cent. This city still has a horrible problem with spending, but what is more disturbing is the fact that there still remains no accountability with our transit service. Just yesterday I got off a bus only to see, yet again, two buses going in the opposite direction, one empty.

TOUGH TO BELIEVE TALIBAN ATTENDING
I could hardly believe the news the other day. It stated that Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault was attending the UN Climate Summit in Baku, Azerbaijan. Also, the Taliban are attending as invited guests. Would someone ask Prime Minister Justin Trudeau his thoughts about that? How can Guilbeault sit there with those murderous terrorists?

WHAT AN INSULT
Re: ‘Very divisive’; Outrage over school playing Gaza song on Remembrance Day, Nov. 14
So the principal of Sir Robert Borden High School wanted to bring diversity and inclusion to Remembrance Day, which is usually only about “a white guy who has done something related to the military.” Wow, what an insult to our veterans who sacrificed their lives or were severely wounded in the name of freedom. A freedom we all enjoy today.

You really have to wonder how this individual was ever selected to be a principal. I remember more than 65 years ago my teachers in grade school saying the best way to remember how to spell the word principal of our school was, this individual is a “pal” to you and me. This guy doesn’t fit that description.
